Website purpose
This website provides property information, user accounts, property submission and enquiry functionality. It does not itself complete a property sale agreement, registration, payment or legal transaction.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your email account and password secure. Do not share access to your account. Google sign-in is governed by the relevant Google and Firebase terms.
Property information
Prices, availability, measurements, images and descriptions are indicative and should be independently verified before making a decision.
Property submissions
Users must submit accurate and lawful property information. Uploaded images must belong to the submitter or be used with permission. Submission does not guarantee publication; new listings may remain pending or be rejected.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information.
- Do not upload malicious files or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass Firebase security rules or access another user’s data.
